Terms of Service

Andes Institute — Supervision

What These Terms Cover

These Terms of Service apply to supervision services offered via the Andes Institute website and any related booking pages. By booking a supervision fit conversation or a paid supervision session, you agree to these Terms.

What Supervision Is

Supervision is a professional support service for therapists and coaches focused on your work with clients. It supports your development and safeguards client welfare through structured reflection on judgment, contracting, scope, boundaries, ethics, risk, and intervention direction.

Supervision Is Not Therapy

Supervision is not personal psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, or crisis support. If you need personal therapeutic support or urgent help, you should seek an appropriate clinical or emergency service in your location.

Eligibility and Your Responsibilities

By booking, you confirm that:

  • You are an active practitioner (or in a supervised placement with permission to seek external supervision).

  • You will bring case material in a way that protects client anonymity and fits your client agreements and any applicable organisational policies.

  • You remain responsible for your professional decisions and duty of care. Supervision supports judgment; it does not replace it.

Booking Types, Fees, and No Package Requirement

  • Fit conversation: 30 minutes, free, no obligation.

  • Supervision session: €100 per session (1:1 online).
There is no package requirement. You may request a single session or continue as needed. I may recommend a rhythm based on your work and responsibilities, but you are free to choose frequency based on your needs, budget, and context. Rhythm can be reviewed and adjusted over time.

Payment

Payment is due at booking. If payment is not received at the time of booking, Andes may release the slot and cancel the session.

Delivery Format and Practicalities

Sessions are delivered online via Google Meet. You are responsible for:

  • joining from a private space

  • using a stable and reasonably secure internet connection

  • ensuring that your screen, notes, and environment protect confidentiality

Case Material and Anonymisation

You must keep client material anonymised. Do not share names, addresses, dates of birth, contact details, or identifying specifics. Do not share documents containing identifiers. You are responsible for anonymising any case material in line with your client agreements and any agency rules.

Confidentiality and Its Limits

Supervision conversations are confidential between Andes and you (the supervisee). Confidentiality is not absolute. Disclosure may occur if required by law (for example, a valid court order) or where a lawful safeguarding/public-interest basis applies. Where appropriate and lawful, Andes will aim to inform you and will limit disclosure to what is necessary.

Notes and Records

Andes may keep brief supervision notes for continuity, quality, and professional accountability. You remain responsible for your own supervision logs and any audit requirements set by your professional body, insurer, employer, or training pathway.

Recording Policy

Sessions are not recorded by default. Recording (audio/video) is not permitted without explicit written consent from both parties in advance. If recording is agreed, storage and retention expectations must be agreed in writing before the session.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 48 hours before the session via your booking confirmation.

  • Late cancellations: cancellations within 48 hours are charged at 100% of the session fee, except where required by law or where Andes agrees an exception in writing.

  • No-shows: charged at 100% of the session fee.

  • If Andes must cancel, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

Professional Boundaries and Right to Decline

Andes may decline, pause, or end a session when the request falls outside supervision scope, involves inappropriate conduct, cannot be handled safely within the supervision frame, or requires a different professional container. Andes may recommend referral to another supervisor or to personal therapy when that is the more appropriate space.

Intellectual Property

Any materials provided by Andes (frameworks, written guidance, templates, teaching content) remain Andes’ intellectual property unless stated otherwise. You may use them for your own practice development. Public reproduction or distribution requires written permission.

Complaints

To raise a concern, contact [support at andes.institute] with a short description of the issue. Andes aims to respond within [10] business days.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Peru, unless mandatory consumer protections apply in your country of residence.

Andes may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date below shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
