The approach
How Logosynthesis® training is structured at Andes Institute — and what we build on the LIA foundation.
Logosynthesis® is a precise and powerful method. The official LIA practitioner curriculum provides its complete theoretical architecture, its procedural depth, and the certification pathway that authorises its use in professional practice. That foundation is what makes everything else possible.
Andes Institute works in the territory that opens up beyond that foundation. Our focus is the therapist or coach who has learned the method and wants to develop further — integrating it more deeply with the clinical frameworks they already work within, connecting it to the language of mainstream psychology, and finding structured opportunities to do their own work alongside their development of the method.
We do this through three directions that run through everything we offer:
Translation into clinical language
Rendering Logosynthesis® in the terms that therapists and coaches trained in mainstream frameworks already use — assessment, case formulation, intervention — so that the method becomes immediately legible to professionals whose formation began elsewhere.
Integration with complementary modalities
Bringing Logosynthesis® into dialogue with EMDR, IFS, Redecision Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Schema Therapy, and others — not to replace them, but to show where Logosynthesis® extends their reach and where they deepen its application.
Practitioner development
Creating structured opportunities for therapists and coaches to do their own work — on visibility, on money and worth, on the patterns that shape their professional identity — because the development of the person and the development of the professional are not separate projects.
These directions shape a curriculum with four transversal axes — present in every programme, at every level, sharpened through practice and supervision over time.
Andes Institute operates within the LIA framework and in active partnership with it. Everything we offer builds on the official curriculum — and points back toward it.
The curriculum
Logosynthesis® training programmes — full curriculum and CPD pathway
Built on the LIA practitioner foundation. Extended toward clinical integration, mainstream language, and practitioner development.
Each programme develops one or more of four competencies: assessment, case formulation, intervention, and practitioner development. All programmes are delivered online in English — session times designed for UK, European, and North American practitioners.
First encounter — before any commitment to training
Why Patterns Resist Change — Free Webinar
A live Logosynthesis® demonstration with a volunteer from the group. Free, monthly, 60 minutes. The fastest way to form your own clinical judgement about the method.
Below the Surface — Introduction to Logosynthesis®
Three Saturdays working with the method directly on your own material — its logic, its effect, and an overview of the model that the Basic Seminar takes into full clinical depth.
LIA official pathway — offered at Andes
The complete theoretical model, the full Basic Procedure, and the clinical judgment framework. The mandatory first step toward LIA Practitioner certification. Self-certifiable for BACP and UKCP portfolios.
Andes programmes — clinical integration
Structured peer practice and integrative supervision. Peer work with the Basic Protocol, followed by a clinical debrief drawing from multiple frameworks.
Core Beliefs: Logosynthesis® and Redecision Therapy
A formulation framework for working with core beliefs across three script layers. Brings Redecision Therapy and Schema Therapy into clinical dialogue with Logosynthesis®.
Grief: Logosynthesis® and Counselling amid Loss
