Personal development program for therapists

VISIBLE*

A 10-week program for therapists who recognise the pattern of professional invisibility — and are ready to work it, not just name it.

Format 4 live sessions · peer practice groups
Dates Dec 3 & 17 · Jan 14 · Feb 11
Investment €280 early bird
Language English

You've spent years helping others find their voice. When did you stop using yours?

You know the work. You've sat with clients through their fear of being seen, their perfectionism, their paralysis. You've helped them separate from the voices that told them to stay small, stay safe, stay invisible.

And yet.

Your website has been almost ready for two years. You know exactly what you want to say — you just haven't said it. You have a niche, a method, a perspective that is genuinely yours — but something keeps it private. Something keeps it in the room.

You tell yourself it's not the right time. That you need more training, more certainty, more proof. That when it's perfect, you'll put it out there.

But you know — because you recognise this in your clients — that's not preparation. That's a pattern.

The patterns that keep you hidden don't disappear because you can name them. The internal critic that tells you who do you think you are doesn't go quiet because you understand where it came from. The fear of separation — of having your own voice, your own niche, your own authority — doesn't dissolve because you've read the theory.

It shifts when you work it. Really work it. Not as a therapist. As a person.

That's what this program is for.

Who this is for

A personal development program for therapists.
Not a marketing course.

VISIBLE* is your own work — done in a group of peers, held by a therapist who has walked this path and knows how to guide others through it. Not a business program. Not another training in technique.

This is for you if
  • You are a trained therapist with a genuine perspective — and you struggle to claim it publicly
  • You recognise the pattern of waiting until it's perfect before putting yourself out there
  • You have your own voice in the room with clients — and a different, smaller voice everywhere else
  • You want to do real work on this, not just talk about it
  • You are ready to be in a group where the level of self-honesty is high
This is not for you if
  • You are looking for a marketing strategy or a business plan
  • You want to observe rather than participate
  • You are not prepared to apply this work to yourself

My approach

Experiential.
Not another workshop.

Each session moves from a brief conceptual frame into guided internal exploration, small group sharing, and live processing in the full group. You will not spend the session talking about what's in the way. You will work it directly — with the group as witness and with me holding the process.

The primary method I use is Logosynthesis® — a precise approach to dissolving the frozen energy behind limiting patterns. It works at the layer beneath reasoning, where the patterns that keep you invisible were formed and where they continue to operate. You will experience it as a participant, observe it as a clinician, and leave with a working understanding of how to apply it in your own life and with your clients.

Between sessions, you will meet in peer practice groups — small groups of three — to continue processing the material that surfaces throughout the program. These are not discussion groups. You will actively support each other in working the limiting material using what you've learned in the group sessions.

What emerges in your clinical work during the program is also welcome. Session 4 creates space for that dimension explicitly — where personal development and professional practice meet.

Programme structure

What happens
in each session

1
The Paradox
2 hours  ·  Thursday 3 December 2026 · 4–6pm GMT

We open with the central contradiction: you help others be seen, and you systematically make yourself smaller. We name it — not as a personal failing, but as a pattern with a structure. You begin to locate where and how it operates in your professional life specifically. By the end of this session you will have shared material you haven't named out loud before — and discovered you are not alone in it.

2
The Script Behind the Silence
2 hours  ·  Thursday 17 December 2026 · 4–6pm GMT

We go deeper. The patterns keeping you hidden didn't begin with your practice. They began earlier — in family, in culture, in the environments that shaped what felt safe or dangerous about being fully yourself. We trace the visibility pattern to its origin. You will locate the specific material — the voices, the conclusions, the early experiences — that continue to operate. We process what is ready to move.

Peer
Between Sessions 2 and 3 — Peer Practice Groups
Two meetings · 80 minutes each

You meet twice in your group of three — one person works, one facilitates, one witnesses. Roles rotate. You use the tools introduced in the group sessions to process the limiting material that has surfaced. What you work on here becomes what you bring to Session 3.

3
Redecision and the New Belief
3 hours  ·  Thursday 14 January 2027 · 4–7pm GMT

This is the heart of the program. We work with what the peer practice groups generated — richer, more specific material than sessions 1 and 2 could reach alone. We introduce the framework of the new belief and work it experientially: a live demonstration, shared processing, supervisory discussion. You leave with a new belief that has some embodied experience behind it — not just an intention.

Peer
Between Sessions 3 and 4 — Peer Practice Groups
Two to three meetings · 80 minutes each

The material is deeper now. You have more to work with and more capacity to hold the process for each other. Continue working your own limiting material. What surfaces here — personally and in your clinical work — comes into Session 4.

4
The Practice as Expression of Self
3 hours  ·  Thursday 11 February 2027 · 4–7pm GMT

Integration. We work with what remains — the subtler layer that only became visible because the louder material has shifted. We create space for what has emerged in your clinical work during the program. And we close with the question the whole program has been building toward: what does it look like when the person behind the practice finally shows up? This session ends with a proper closing — not a wrap-up.

My role

Holding the container
and the process

I hold the clinical container and the learning process throughout. I introduce the conceptual frames, guide the internal exploration, facilitate the live processing, and bring supervisory precision to the debrief. I help you see what you're working with — not just feel it — so that you leave with a map of your own patterns that you can continue to work with independently.

The discussion that happens in this program moves between personal development, collegial reflection, and supervision depending on what the group needs. I follow that movement and work with what is most alive in the room.

What shifts

Therapist visibility
starts here.

You will not leave this program with a marketing plan. You will leave with something more fundamental:

  • A clearer sense of your own voice and what makes it distinctly yours
  • Reduced charge around being seen, claiming authority, and separating from the tribe
  • The beginning of a new belief about your right to be visible — with some embodied experience to support it
  • A peer group of colleagues who have done real work together and will continue to
  • A working understanding of Logosynthesis® as a tool for your own ongoing development and your clinical practice

Group agreements

How we work
together

This is a personal development and professional learning space.

  • Confidentiality. What is shared here stays in the room.
  • Consent and choice. You can pass, pause, or adjust your focus at any time.
  • Active participation. This program is built around experiential work. Attending to observe only is not the format.
  • Peer practice. Participation in the between-session peer practice groups is part of the program, not optional.

What to bring: a willingness to apply this work to yourself, not just observe it. Openness to have your own patterns examined with the same precision you bring to your clients. A professional situation — a pattern, a hesitation, something you've been postponing — that you are willing to work with across the program.

A note on scope

VISIBLE* is a personal development program. It is not a therapy program, though real therapeutic work happens within it. It is not a Logosynthesis® certification training, though participants may develop a working understanding of the method through demonstrations and discussions.

It does not represent the official LIA or ITAA curriculum and does not count toward certification requirements in either pathway.

*

Visible with an asterisk — because visibility isn't a destination. It's a practice. One that begins the moment you stop waiting for it to feel safe and start doing it anyway.
