Alan Rojas Yacolca is a seasoned coach with over 20 years of experience in transformational work. He has specialized in Transactional Analysis (TA), NLP, and Redecision Therapy, integrating these approaches into his practice to support deep personal change.

Through continued professional education, he has also explored CBT, Process Work, and Gestalt Therapy, gaining a broad understanding of various coaching and therapeutic models.

This diverse background allowed him to assess the strengths and limitations of different methodologies—leading him to Logosynthesis, a system that profoundly transformed his approach to healing and development.

Seeing the remarkable impact Logosynthesis had on his clients, Alan became a certified Logosynthesis Practitioner and now serves as a Board Member of the Logosynthesis International Association (LIA), playing a key role in its global expansion.
